we will step by step take you to the next level and ensure your safe and your fitness levels increase each time ! every lesson you will be taught different techniques, clinching , bag work , shadow boxing, sparing, skipping and pad work if there is anything your not sure on or not keen we can alter or help you on your weaknesses !

We always have several professional fighters who stay on camp full time training for fights in Thailand or around the world ! each session they will be put through their paces ending sessions with 500 knees and kicks on the bags … they are always available to watch and give advice after training and on some sessions they will hold pads for you and help out any weaknesses you have ….
