Strike Zone MMA is the top mixed martial arts training facility in Connecticut. Under the expert instruction of Darryl MarcAurele and our coaches, Team Strike Zone offers Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Submission Grappling (no-gi), Judo, and Youth Boxing and Wrestling.

Whether you're looking to get in shape or want to compete, Team Strike Zone will give you the mental and physical tools to get you there. We train to compete in grappling, wrestling, boxing, and amateur and professional MMA.

Darryl started training and coaching MMA fighters out of his garage until he was able to open Strike Zone MMA in 2001. In September 2014, Darryl moved his team, known as "Team Strike Zone", to 31 Clinton Avenue, Norwich, CT.
