The art of Wushu consists of hundreds of styles practiced by different schools and regions. Originating from China, Wushuu combines spiritual evolvement with a fighting technique called Wushu Sanda. Wushu Sanda derives from Chinese Boxing and Grappling, and considered to be a national sport in modern China.
